+ Step 1 - Modeling

Our goal is to understand the timing, characters, objects, and narratives of the video and most importantly, confirm the camera path before moving on to the next stage.

After receiving all the necessary model files such as; model in Revit, Sketch up, Rhino, or 3Dsmax, and any images or video references, the initial animation draft should be ready in 3 to 5 days.

The initial animation draft will be in low resolution with no texture or lighting, and is only meant to confirm camera path/speed and model accuracy.

At this stage clients are encouraged to finalize their model's design to the best of their ability, as any large model changes made after we move to the next step could lead to additional workload and possibly charges. Please note, however, there is NO limit on good-faith revisions.

+ Step 2 - Rendered Key-frames Review

Key-frames which are still images with their textures and lighting will be provided to the client for review the following:

• Color theme for buildings, exterior, interior, and associated models
• Texture for the environment and 3D models
• Time of the day
• Exterior and Interior mood and lighting
• Background music for the animation
• General Feeling of the animation as a whole
• The populace that will be included in the animation, such as age group, race, gender, and clothing.

At this stage clients are encouraged to make all the necessary changes before moving on to the rendered animation phase, but please note, there is NO limit on good-faith revisions.

+ Step 3 - Animation Draft

After completing the key-frame phase, a rendered low-resolution animation draft (with all the textures and lighting) will be provided to the client after 3-5 days.

The focus of this phase is to confirm everything is accurate while seeing the project in motion, and make small changes to the animation, each rendering draft will take 3-5 days to render to see all the updated changes.

We encourage clients to make all the necessary changes in either the modeling phase or the key-frame phase. Any modeling changes or key-frame changes during the rendering phase could lead to additional workload, we will notify and confirm costs with clients prior to making any changes.

Client confirmation and acceptance is required before moving on to Final High-Resolution animation (Standard 720p 1280x720).

+ Step 4 - Final Animation Delivery

The Final High-Resolution animation (Standard 720p 1280x720) will take 3-5 days to render. For higher than 720p resolution, please contact us for additional cost pricing and rendering times.
